After conducting an AI interview you as the candidate might be wondering how the AI is looking at you, and what it’s telling the recruiter about you. If you are using a practice AI Assessment (or if your results are being shared with you), you may be wondering what these analytics mean, and how you can interpret them. It’s important to remember that the results are categorized into 4 main personality categories.
